Cancer Survivors: Life After the Fight

Beating cancer is a triumph. Many survivors want to give back to the system that saved them. Here is the protocol.

Solid Tumors (Breast, Colon, etc.)

If you had a solid tumor removed and have been cancer-free for 5 years, you are eligible to donate! We welcome you back.

Blood Cancers (Leukemia, Lymphoma)

Unfortunately, any history of blood cancer is a permanent deferral. Even if cured, the theoretical risk of transferring undetected malignant cells prevents donation. You can still volunteer!
