The Platform functions solely as an informational and coordination tool enabling voluntary interaction between independent users.

JeevanSeva is not:

• A hospital or blood bank
• A medical or diagnostic authority
• An emergency service
• A government or regulatory body
• A treatment provider or medical advisor

VNest Technologies and Platforms Pvt. Ltd. does not perform, verify, supervise, or endorse any medical, diagnostic, or clinical activity.

2. No Guarantee or Warranty

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

VNest makes no guarantees regarding:

• Accuracy or authenticity of donor or recipient information
• Blood group correctness or medical compatibility
• Donor availability or response
• Blood bank stock or availability
• Chatbot accuracy or system outputs
• Platform uptime or uninterrupted service
• Accuracy of public or third-party data

Use of the Platform is entirely at the user's own risk.

3. User-Submitted Information

All information submitted by users is:

• Self-declared
• Unverified
• Displayed without validation

VNest does not verify identity, blood group, medical eligibility, or fitness of any user.

Users must independently verify all information with licensed medical professionals and authorized blood banks.

4. Blood Bank and Public Data Disclaimer

Blood bank details displayed on the Platform are sourced from publicly available databases, including RaktKosh.

Such information may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated and is provided strictly for informational purposes.

VNest does not guarantee blood availability, safety, licensing status, or regulatory compliance of any blood bank.

5. Medical Disclaimer

JeevanSeva does not provide medical advice and does not create a doctor-patient relationship.

All medical decisions, including donor eligibility, screening, cross-matching, and transfusion, must be made by licensed medical professionals.

VNest is not responsible for any medical complications, reactions, injuries, infections, or outcomes.

6. Emergency Disclaimer

JeevanSeva is not an emergency service.

VNest does not guarantee immediate assistance, donor availability, response time, or life-saving outcomes.

7. Chatbot and Automated System Disclaimer

Information generated through chatbots, alerts, or automated features may be inaccurate or incomplete.

Users must independently verify all information before acting upon it.

VNest is not liable for decisions made based on automated outputs.

8. Technical and Third-Party Services

The Platform relies on third-party services for hosting, messaging, authentication, and APIs.

VNest is not responsible for service interruptions, delays, data loss, or technical failures caused by third-party providers.

9. Financial and Illegal Activity Disclaimer

JeevanSeva does not charge users and does not support buying or selling of blood.

Sale or purchase of blood is illegal under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940.

Any financial transaction conducted outside the Platform is solely the responsibility of the users involved.

10. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Create fake profiles or requests
• Sell or solicit blood
• Misuse personal data
• Harass or coerce others
• Impersonate medical or government authorities
• Spread misinformation
• Attempt to disrupt or exploit the Platform

Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

11. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for verifying:

• Donor blood group and identity
• Medical eligibility and safety
• Blood bank availability and licensing
• Hospital protocols and regulatory compliance

VNest bears no responsibility for verification failures.

12. Intermediary Compliance

VNest complies with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

Upon receipt of valid complaints, VNest may remove or disable access to content as required by law.

13. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless VNest Technologies and Platforms Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, and partners from all claims, damages, liabilities, or legal costs arising from misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VNest shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed ₹1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand only).

15. Regulatory Compliance Disclaimer

VNest does not guarantee compliance with NBTC, NACO, or state regulatory guidelines.

Verification of compliance remains the responsibility of users and institutions.

16. No Partnership or Agency

Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, employment, or agency relationship between VNest and users.

17. Account Suspension or Termination

VNest reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access without notice for violations, safety concerns, or legal risk.

18. Modifications to the Platform

VNest may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without liability.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Palghar, Maharashtra.
