JeevanSeva acts strictly as a digital directory and matchmaking connector between voluntary blood donors and individuals in need of blood. The Platform does NOT own, operate, or control any blood banks, hospitals, or laboratory testing facilities.

We do not collect, store, or distribute physical blood. The connection facilitated by our Platform does not constitute a recommendation, endorsement, or medical guarantee of any donor's blood safety or compatibility.

2. Accuracy and Self-Declaration of Donor Data

All information regarding donor profiles, blood groups, contact details, location, and health history displayed on the Platform is self-declared by the respective users.

While JeevanSeva implements standard phone OTP verification and checks basic self-declared eligibility timelines:

• We do NOT perform clinical, medical, or background checks on individual donors.
• We do NOT guarantee the accuracy, truthfulness, completeness, or safety of any donor profile.
• Recipients and medical professionals are solely responsible for verifying the donor's identity and eligibility at the time of donation.

3. Transfusion and Donation Risk (Zero-Liability)

Blood donation and transfusion carry inherent medical risks, including but not limited to infections, adverse physiological reactions, and compatibility complications.

You agree that VNest Technologies and Platforms Pvt. Ltd., Sarva JeevanSeva Foundation, their directors, employees, and partners shall hold **ZERO LIABILITY** for:

• Any adverse medical outcome, infection, transmission of diseases (such as HIV, Hepatitis, etc.), or health complications arising from blood received through donors matched on this Platform.
• Any injury, pain, or health issues sustained by donors during the donation process at external blood banks or hospitals.
• Any loss, damage, or legal dispute occurring between donors and recipients.

4. Illegal Commercial Trading Prohibition

Under the National Blood Policy and the Drugs and Cosmetics Act of India, buying or selling blood is a punishable criminal offense. Blood donation must be strictly voluntary and altruistic.

JeevanSeva operates on a strictly free-of-cost, non-commercial basis. We do not charge fees for matching donors and recipients. Any demand for financial compensation, travel reimbursement (other than standard hospital guidelines), or commercial exchange by a matched donor must be rejected immediately and reported to support@jeevanseva.in.

5. Emergency Response Warning

JeevanSeva is a search directory and scheduling tool, NOT an active emergency response service. While our system is designed to notify nearby donors quickly, we cannot guarantee:

• An immediate response or match within a specific timeframe.
• That matched donors will show up at the hospital or blood bank.
• That blood stocks will be available at partner institutes.

In life-threatening situations, you should never delay calling emergency numbers (such as 108 or 102 in India), contacting official government portals (like eRaktKosh), or reaching out directly to hospital blood banks.

Our Platform may contain links to government databases, hospital websites, and third-party resources. We have no control over the content, privacy settings, or reliability of these external resources and accept no responsibility for them.

7. Governing Law and Disputes

This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or dispute arising out of this Disclaimer or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Palghar, Maharashtra, India.
