The Verdict

Generally No. Simply having THC in your system does not disqualify you (unlike some workplace drug tests). The concern is your current state.

The "Under the Influence" Rule

You cannot donate if you are visibly high/intoxicated (red eyes, slurred speech, impaired balance). You must be able to give valid legal consent and be physically stable.
Tip: Avoid smoking for at least 12 hours before donating to ensure your blood pressure and heart rate are normal.
